1.) I overwhelmingly agree with your essay.

2.) For openness sake, I am a Born Again Bible Believing Christian.

3.) Everything you reveal about the MAGAT's White Christian Nationalism is, sadly, true.

4.) I had to look up cognitive dissonance in a couple different places to wrap my deteriorating brain around its meaning, but then, I immediately thought of James 3:9, "With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness." - NIV

5.) The actions ofthose in your RC denomintaion were horrible and disturbing.

Two minor things tjat I believe and which do not affect the thrust of your essay at all,are that I prefer the older Greek transcripts over the Latin in the meaning of "saint" meaning ordinary people "set apart", in the Bible context, especially for God's purposes - not glorified nor deified. The second thing is the idea that God the Father is not only different in doctrine but is actually opposed to His Son, Jesus' teaching. (Jesus did say, "If you've seen me ,you've seen the Father. I and the Father are one.")

Anyways ,again, great writing and the emphasis on the Beatitudes is really needed these days.
