...and I would suggest further, in this materialistic world, after filling our attics and garages and renting storage facilities, even people with modest possessions have a hard time letting go. I guess, in part, is that we get a lot of our identity from things and stuff, and actors and musicians, etc. More difficult to see is how hard it is to surrender our self-centeredness to the selfless generosity ot the true and living God.
