As a Union Rep what I saw was that when we won increased wages, the more money we were able to spend, and spend it we do. This circulates the "wealth" all around - from service workers to Employers who pay those wages - which creates regional economic growth.

As the Harris campaign noted, when the Middle Class/Working Class do better, everyone does better. I call it "Percolate Up Economics," as opposed to the "Piss Down My Back and Tell Me It's Raining Economics" Trickle Down BS the GOP tries to sell us... selling us down the river...
