I thought Evangelism was a type of “born again” Christianity. I thought it was proclaiming that folks could be born again not of the corruptible flesh but of the incorruptible Spirit of God, that individuals could be freed from their sins by the redemptive death of Jesus of Nazareth, receiving forgiveness and newness of living. I did not know it was a political party…

Everyone should read in the Bible the books of Jeremiah and Isaiah and realize what type of living, that is, what actions and attitudes bring God’s wrath. The “evangelical” leaders are disgracing the good news of Jesus, trading morality for money and power and influence. That money will perish with them. And that power is no power at all, but is a crumbling facade. And that influence is full of deceit and truly ugly attitudes and actions. Shame on them!

I want the public to know that those people represent themselves and neither represent God nor do I believe they know Jesus at all. Get yourselves a red letter edition of the Bible and read the words of Jesus (highlighted in red of course). See for yourselves if you believe they represent Jesus or even know Him.
