First and foremost, your vituperative and combative language sets this conversation off on the wrong heading. Your vitriolic response does not demonstrate anything close to relationship with God, nor a demonstration of the fruits of the Spirit ("love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control" - Galatians 5:22-23.
"For I did not shrink back from proclaiming to you the whole counsel of God." - Acts 20:27, Berean Literal Bible.
I try very hard to study the Bible in its entire context and use sound methodology and research, including cultural study and Hebrew and Greek word studies, including resources from Jewish websites. This is my reaction to King Solomon's challenge: "How long, O simple ones, will you love your simple ways? How long will scoffers delight in their scorn and fools hate knowledge?" - Proverbs 1:22, Berean Standard Bible.
You start by insisting God doesn't change, but then, you cite examples of where He does change His decision, playing both sides against the middle, I would say! Your continuous insults make me wonder about your beliefs, because I have read similar responses and articles from a faction of the atheists and agnostics who are on a mission to destroy the faith of Christians.
So, I have to ask, "What is your personal testimony?"
As I read and reread your response, my opinion became clear: You are not a Christian in any sense of the Gospel.
I could be wrong; I've been wrong before, but the evidence in your speech does demand that thoughtfully reasoned, discerning, and comparative conclusion. If you had been born again, my counsel would be to grow up in your relationship with the Lord.
