First - Yes. Greed is a sin and does great harm. Yet, the Bible observes that there are many more: When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God." - the Apostle Paul's letter to the Galatians 5:19-21, New Living Translation. So, Christianity is all about morality... Also, stopping all the hurt and harm people do in a wide range of situations.

Second - Your world seems a bit confined when you say the president (of whatever, you didn't specify)) is a tiny person in the Universe and is charge of who and what, exactly?

Third - "Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows." - Galatians 6:7, New International Version.
