I love your first paragraph as I am a Nature lover myself and find enjoyment just in walking with Patty in the State Park down by the river that surrounds the island we live on.
Nevertheless, LSD is an experience... one that I highly recommend to avoid. The religions you mention are all basically mysterious and ethereal rather than pragmatic and practical. I experienced a nightmare the other night, but nothing in it or about it was real. I think about the Native Nations of the Americas who believed in Nature and looked for meaning in them relating to the Great Spirit. Unfortunately some misinterpreted Nature to actually be God...
Paul, the apostle wrote, "They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator,..." This verse is surrounded - before and after - by many possible consequences of making that choice.
