I once again love your essays. Two things: I realized, though never abused, that my self-condemnation, that is, the regrets for serious mistakes I've made have, for a long time, been running around in my head. I'm saving your writing for further meditation... which brings up a question: do you refer to meditation from the perspective of Eastern religious technique or from the more Biblical view of deep and "day and night" consideration - how to apply the Scriptures to one's life. On the surface, I realize that the difference may be miniscule, but I know the one is a road to nowhere. If you have time, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
