I understand.

Here's something you need to know about me. I am a Union man. I represented all races, creeds, colors, LGBTQ+, and anyone else, and I would fight the Employers if they discriminated. If a person could do the job, the Company couldn't refuse them - even if they needed a second chance to qualify - or else they would have to deal with me... and I always won. Whoever qualified got the same pay scale just like everybody else.
