It's hard to reason with unreasonable people who do not have "good listening ears." My grandchildren have listening ears, but many adults do not. Masking for us who are vaccinated and boosted is more to protect ourselves, and those who do neither contract the virus, spread the virus, and are petri dishes for creating new variants. We might get a little sick, but we don't go to the ER, and we don't die.
