Liked your football allegory.

From its outset the Truth, the Gospel message taught by Jesus and the Apostles, has been under attack and plagued by the False, and over the centuries it has become an entangled mess. Why? People. We can't seem to get out our own way and trip over our own two feet. We've gone from sandlot football for the fun of it to a Corporate structure all about money and corrupted by gambling, chasing our losses.
