My home is over 800 feet above sea level. So that part won't effect me any time soon, but it seems we have more cloudy days than when I was a youngster. Still, Insurance Companies spread the costs around. That's how it works, but I think that the area in which they are spreading it around keeps on growing. Don't know if this is true, but a heard that the Big Money Property owners recently got billions of government dollars to shore up their shoreline to protect their investment, building up othe sand or building out barriers... All stupid projects since they will all be washed away anyways...
