I agree with you on this one 100%. By the by Conservatism was a continuation of the monarchal form of governance supported by the wealthy and concentrated power, while Liberalism was born out of the French and American Revolutions or in the factual story o William Wallace and the like, (The movie was far from historical accuracy, but its passion was accurate, and it was what really stirred up the Scot's political revolt a few years ago.)
