Thank you for responding, but to be quite frank and honest with you, I couldn't care less what Romans thought about the early Jesus followers any more than what, today, my fellow Americans "think," because I have to assume the ancient gossipers, malcontents, and critics were the same then as they are now, having nothing positive to say and are often wildly inaccurate and selective in their judgments and critical philosophizing. I have been around the block at least a few times, and I have considered many ideas in the past, but have come to believe and try to follow the meat and potatoes practicality of God, Jesus, and the Bible. It's so much more rewarding.
