The idea of part of the savings of robot replacements with replaced employees is a very kind thought, but... Generally speaking, when a person becomes an Employee they have left the cood ol' US of A and have lost all their first amendment rights. They are no longer in the Land of Oportunity but in the Land of Bossland, having only the privileges granted to them by the Employer. That's the law - Labor Law - people are empoyed only at the behest of the Empoyer... unless the Employees are represented by Organized Labor, that is. a Union. Unfortunately, in a non-Union setting, who gets paid what is at the sole discretion of the Employer.

Finally., their money is very precious to them and I believe that that responsibility is also found in Labor Law and Corporate Law (like obligations to the Shareholders).

Thanks for taking the time to read and to also respond.
