The naysayers are highly critical but not of themselves. They will nitpick at the Bible, biting at the horses' hooves, so to speak, but taking a good look at their own faults and foundational beliefs? Unfortunately, the naysayers are not overcomers, but ones who deny, refuse, oppose, and/or are skeptical and/or cynical about something (this definition is found at MerriamWevbster.com). Hard hearts.
