This is the second time I've had to pay either Geek Squad or today this other Tech from Global Solutions to clean my computer. Patty says to get rid of it all because we cannot afford this if it keeps happening, but this is the only way I have to reach out. Anyways, thanks, but I blocked her just in case (I'm a techno-idiot.) She was not answering anything - even the simplest of questions which I asked her.
