Too often we can be digging the hole deeper or setting up bulwarks, but you've got it right when you wrote, "The church isn’t a museum for saints, it’s a hospital for sinners." I was a little worried when I read the title that you were going to talk about accepting, that is condoning sin when you accepted the sinner. Real love is helping people straight up, but helping them to see the hurt and harm in their lives that they themselves are responsible for. A friend (who I cannot even remember his name) once said to me, "You're tripping aren't you?" and the Spirit of God made me hear it like this: "You're tripping and falling into deep darkness." This led to my coming to Jesus moment within a few months.
