Yes up to a point, the manifestation gifts can be faked - as well as everything in this world can be - from food to truth to Science to currency - all because of the enemies of the cross of Christ, whether people or angels. I think that all the Apostles and especially Jesus HImself warned about such.

I don't know if this has anything to do with anything, but I was just thinking the other day about the Parable of the Sower, that it wholey encapsulates the Gospel and illustrates everyth precept we need to understand about God's plan for Humanity.
