Your expression of the Biblical church is very precise but a very idealistic one.

Unfortunately, a realistic view suggests that none of those attributes exist in Denominational Churches of today, and they haven't for a long, long time.

To pick on one type, any Full Gospel Church is barely a Partial Gospel Church. Still and all, this is true for pretty much every assembly that call themselves a Christian church.
